The secrets to making a good cookie

1. The biggest secret is in the butter that you buy! If your cookies are going flatter than a pancake, have you been using margarine? Try replacing it with real butter for a delicious tasting cookie. If you bake a lot and are trying to keep the cost down use Crisco butter flavor all vegetable shortening in place of butter because it last a long time and it won't make your cookies fall flat!

2. Replace your old cookie sheet with an insulated cookie sheet. They work magic!

3. Use Pam cooking spray to keep those cookies from sticking.
